Then group training is what you are looking for.

With group training you will be pushed in fun, exciting and competitive training sessions. The sessions will target your needs for progression with circuits, partner activities and fitness games and races. Hard work but great fun. Got friends, family or a partner in mind? Get them involved and both of you can get the training experience you enjoy and the results you want.

              PERSONAL PROGRAMMES            

Interested in what we can offer but dont live in the Birmingham or Dudley Area? No problem.

We create personal programmes to your every need and specification. We will send you a short pre training questionairre where we can learn what it is you are after, what your goals are, information about your lifestyle an motivation.

From there we can create your personalised training programme to suit you!

We will be avaliable for you to contact with any questions or queries on the programme throuhgout and will speak you every 4 weeks to see how your getting on and to make sure your staying on track!
