Our Personal Programmes are truely that, Personal! We take your lifestyle & goals and create a programme that works for you. It will be built around what you tell us. This is the option for the highly self motivated although we will be in touch to check how you are getting on along the way!

           GROUP TRAINING

 

Dont like training on your own, or love the feel and support of like minded individuals or friends. Group training takes all these things and throws it into a fun, exciting & challenging workout. Bootcamp to circuits to boxing group session may be what youv'e been waiting for. Try it out (sessions will start March 2014).

           MUSCLE TONE

 

We cater for people after all training goals if you are a Woman looking to tone you legs, bum, arms and stomach to a Man looking to get shredded or put on some lean muscle for the beach this summer. We an help you out as always personalised programmes and 1-2-1 training that WILL get you looking the way you dream of!

           CORE STRENGTH

 

Core strength is important in ALL aspects of training and life. If you sit a lot at work you will need to increase your core strength this can improve mobility, reduce lower back pain or just improve your lifestyle by being able to perform day to day more efficiently.
